SUPPORTING UNDER-REPRESENTED CREATIVE PEOPLE IN WALES

FILM AND TELEVISION DIVERSITY - CAREERS DAY

Welsh Government in collaboration with industry partners is hosting this event to introduce under-represented creative people to routes of entry into careers the film/TV industry. 

NO PREVIOUS FILM AND TV EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

Drop in any time from 3.30 - 7.00pm

Are you Female, BAME, Disabled, LGBT+, or from a group identified as under-represented within the film/TV industry, and are you: 

  • new to the industry or looking to move up or try something new,

  • a hairdresser, carpenter/joiner, electrician, accountant or have other skills that could be transferred to working in film/TV,

  • finding it hard to get on the career ladder in film/TV, or

  • interested in finding out more about working in the film/TV in Wales?

    If you have said yes to any of these, come along and find out about paid work in the industry, work experience on productions, industry relevant training to move up or into new disciplines, advice, mentoring, coaching and networking. Immediate placements are however not guaranteed as these are based on selection by companies. SECURE YOUR PLACE HERE
