Home sweet home

I love my home dearly,

I don’t know why I just love, love it!

It’s a happy nest where I can rest.

 

When I get off the school bus,

I go home in a rush to eat my dinner.

The smell of the Irish soup is a winner!

My mum, auntie, nanny brothers,

And me pray together before our tea.

 

My mummy and me clean up,

After tea while nanny watches the other three.

My brother likes to play out,

And scream and shout while I hoover about.

 

When my chores are done,

I can go out for some fun,

I like to run in the sun.

Me and my friend we play till the end.

So, see you tomorrow my dear friend.
