In response to the Young Vic’s Production of Blood Wedding, The Young Vic Theatre company  are looking to work with Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities across London.

The project will work with young people aged 14- 25  throughout Autumn 2019. Working with a Theatre Director, Assistant Director (who is from a Traveller background) and Playwright the project will celebrate the identity, culture and traditions, whilst challenging negative stereotypes and prejudices.

-          Participants involved can take part in work experience at the Young Vic if they wish

-          Those really keen will be put forward for paid ushering jobs at the Theatre
